Introducing Our Monthly Car Preventative Maintenance Plan

1. Payment and Plan Duration - The Monthly Car Preventative Maintenance Package ("the Plan") requires payment of $99 for the initial month's service and $99 for the final month's service for the 6-month plan. The final month's payment will be adjusted against the 6th month's service. - The Plan duration is for a maximum of 7 months from the date of signing the agreement or until the completion of 6 visits, whichever comes first.

2. Service Visits - An appointment must be scheduled in advance for each service visit under the Plan. - The Plan includes a total of 6 service visits for the 6-month plan. - If all 6 service visits cannot be completed within the 7-month period due to reasons beyond the customer's control, the deposit for the last month will be adjusted against the applicable discount.

3. Service Reports and History - For the 6-month Plan, a service report will be provided to the client via email after each service visit. - The service history of visits can be obtained at a later time by paying a small fee.

4. Individual Cars and Plan Enrollment - The Plan is applicable to individual cars only. Clients cannot use the same plan for more than one car simultaneously. - Upon providing proof of selling the old car, the client is allowed to enroll another car in the same plan. This allowance can be utilized only once during the plan period.

5. Individual Visits and Pricing - For visits without enrolling in the Plan, the charge will be $149 per preventive maintenance service visit. - Individual visits do not qualify for a discount on labor charges for any additional services obtained during the visit.

6. Additional Services and Discounts - Customers enrolled in the 6-month Plan are eligible for a 5% discount on labor charges for any additional services obtained during their Monthly Preventive Maintenance Plan visit while the Plan is in effect. - The 5% discount on labor charges is applicable only during the effective period of the Plan, i.e., until the completion of the 6th visit or the passing of the 7th month from the signing of the Plan, whichever comes first. - Services obtained outside of the Plan visit are not eligible for the 5% discount.

7. Pricing and Taxes - All prices are subject to 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) as per Ontario tax regulations.

8. Cancellation and Refunds - Cancellation of the Plan by the client, before completion of the agreed duration will result in forfeiture of any remaining service visits and deposits. Refunds or credits will not be provided for unused portions of the Plan. - The Edifiers also reserve the right to discontinue the plan for all or specific client without providing a reason. In such cases, any prepaid amounts will be refunded to the client after adjusting any outstanding dues.

9. Changes and Updates - The Edifiers retain the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Monthly Car Preventative Maintenance Package after providing prior notice to enrolled customers.

10. Legal Compliance - These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Plan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

By enrolling in the Monthly Car Preventative Maintenance Package, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
